1. Strict No-Refund Policy (Non-Refundable)

All sales made on SHOPPING-SPOT.store are final. We strictly follow a No-Refund / Non-Refundable policy.

Once an order is processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be refunded for cash, bank transfer, or digital wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash) reversals.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, color preferences, or size mistakes made by the customer during ordering.

2. Exceptions for Genuine Issues

We understand that exceptional mistakes can happen during transit or packing. If you experience a genuine, verifiable issue with your order, we are open to discussing a resolution.

Eligible issues include:

You received a completely wrong item/variant.
The product arrived physically damaged or broken due to courier handling.
The product is missing essential parts advertised on the store.

3. How to Report a Genuine Issue

To raise a claim for a genuine issue, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: You must provide clear photographic evidence and an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item alongside the original shipping label on the flyer. Claims without physical proof or video verification will not be entertained.

4. Further Discussion & Resolution

Once your proof is submitted and reviewed by our team, we will discuss further options with you. Depending on the case, SHOPPING-SPOT.store reserves the right to offer:

A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
A store credit voucher of the equivalent amount for your next purchase.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or handed over to our courier partner. Once a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
